You can use BELOTERO® BALANCE to correct most moderate to deep facial wrinkles and creases or for volume enhancement. These areas could include glabellar lines, naso-labial furrows and other deep furrows, facial depressions like scars or injuries, augmentation of the lips, and contouring the outlines of the face.

What are the side effects of BELOTERO® BALANCE injections?
BELOTERO® BALANCE could cause common side effects at the injection site such as itching, pain, tenderness, discoloration, redness, and swelling. These BELOTERO® BALANCE side effects usually resolve spontaneously within a day or two after you inject it into the skin or within a week after you inject it into the lips. There is a small risk of granuloma or lumps with BELOTERO® BALANCE. BELOTERO® BALANCE is biodegradable and will gradually dissipate within the skin tissue. Because BELOTERO® BALANCE comes from bacteria, not from animal sources, you do not need to administer an allergy test before a BELOTERO® BALANCE treatment.

When are the results of a BELOTERO® BALANCE injection visible?
After you inject BELOTERO® BALANCE into your patient’s skin, the results are almost immediately visible as the hyaluronic acid restores volume to the skin to smooth the look of wrinkles.
